- With every image you purchase from Nature Portfolio you are granted the non-exclusive right throughout the world to use the photograph for any one single use within any one publication or web site.
- A repeat fee will be required for each additional project the image is used in.
- All images remain copyright of the photographers concerned and may not be resold in any form.
- Both the photographer and Nature Portfolio must be credited in any publication of the images. The suggested format is:
photographer's name/Nature Portfolio
Royalty-free CD's
- For all images purchased as a Royalty-free CD Collection you acquire full rights to unlimited use of the images in any publication or product with the following restrictions:
- Any publication containing images from Nature Portfolio must comply fully with any regulations in force at the time of publication in the country concerned.
- Images on the CD may only be sold when used as a part of a publication or product.
- Both the photographer and Nature Portfolio must be credited in any publication of the images. The suggested format is:
